訂單須知：

當閣下訂購我們的產品時，即表示閣下同意按照本條款及細則向 Heart of Dreams 提出購物請求。當閣下成功提交訂單後，Heart of Dreams 將向閣下發出訂單的覆函，惟該覆函並不代表 Heart of Dreams 接受了閣下的訂單。若我們未能提供閣下所訂購的任何產品、閣下的付款未能成功處理、或因其他原因未能接受訂單，我們將保留權利不接受訂單，我們將以電話或電郵通知閣下。

如訂單被 Heart of Dreams 接受，我們的客戶服務代表將會聯絡閣下（以電話或 WhatsApp 方式）以確認訂單內容及安排送貨。所有已確認之訂單均不設取消或修改，並不設退還任何費用。如因閣下提供錯誤資料，或因非網站可控因素導致訂單問題，本網站概不負責。

訂單確認 / 修改 / 取消：

1. 下單後，系統會自動發送訂單確認電郵，請確保填寫的聯絡方式正確，以便接收訂單資訊。

2. 若需修改訂單內容，請儘快聯絡我們，已出貨之訂單恕不接受修改。

3. 若需取消訂單，請儘快聯絡我們。若訂單已出貨，需扣除相關運費後方可退回款項。

商品退換與保證：

1. 如收到的商品有任何問題，請於收貨後7天內聯絡我們，逾期恕不受理。

2. 商品退換須保留完整包裝及未經使用狀態，並附上購買證明。

3. 所有商品享有7天保證期，若在此期間內出現質量問題，將提供免費維修或更換服務。

預購手工藝品須知：

• 可選擇支付總金額%作為訂金，餘額於交貨時支付。
• 交貨時間視乎製作進度，約需3-4週。
• 手工藝品因材料及手工製作差異，每件產品顏色及設計可能略有不同，敬請諒解。
• 如對產品有特殊要求，請於下單時備註說明，惟不保證一定能滿足。
• 手工藝品是不設退換，只提供三次合理的修改，詳情需與師傅商榷。
• 如閣下已支付訂金但取消訂單，將扣除20%作為行政費，其餘金額退回。

訂購後需於2日內付款，逾期將自動取消訂單，無需另行通知。

如訂購現貨，確認付款後將於2-3個工作天內寄出；如缺貨，則於7-14個工作天內寄出。

購物須知：

• 所有價格未包含運費。
• 如需查詢貨品數量，請先行聯絡客服確認庫存狀況後再下單。
• 如產品缺貨，將於7-14個工作天內寄出，恕不接受以此為理由取消訂單。
• 預訂貨品須待所有貨品到齊後一併出貨，如需分開寄出請與我們聯絡。
• 不設口頭留貨，所有貨品以收到全數款項為準。
• 付款確認後將安排出貨，購買即表示接受本店購物須知。

確認訂單：

所有訂單請於2日內付款，否則視作自動放棄。確認收款後，如現貨充足將於2-3個工作天內寄出，否則會於7-14日內寄出。除非供應商停產，否則所有訂單一經確認不設退款取消。

運送方法：

• 全單購物滿HK$ 免運費（10KG內，限送住宅/工商地址）。
• 如未符合免運條件，將以順豐到付寄出，費用需由收件人承擔。
• 本地送貨時間一般約需2-5個工作天。
• 不足HK$ 需由買家支付運費，順豐首1KG $30。
• 免運費為促銷禮遇，僅限購物滿額。

產品退換：

• 收到貨品起7天內可接受退換（以簽收日期計算）。
• 逾期不接受任何退換貨要求。
• 7天內須完成回收安排，否則視作放棄退換權利。
• 退貨產品需保持完整包裝及所有配件。
• 本公司售出之平行進口產品不保證保養，所有保養為自攜保養。
• 退換運費需由買家承擔；若非因品質問題退貨，將扣除港幣$100或3%手續費（以較高者為準）。
• 如涉及贈品，需一併退還，否則需扣除贈品價值。
• 退款處理時間約為4-6星期。
• 運送過程中之損毀請直接向運送公司反映，本公司不負責。
• 特價商品、贈品、試用品一律不設退換。
• 如貨品錯誤，請拍照並聯絡我們，我們會安排免費更換並負責來回運費。
• 產品圖片與實物可能略有差異（如色差、花紋、形狀等），不作為退換理由。
• 若商品在保證期內出現質量問題，請聯繫我們，我們將提供維修或更換服務。
• 手工藝品並不屬於範圍之內。
• 如有爭議，Heart of Dreams 保留最終決定權。

注意事項：

• 如需搬運上樓梯，需額外收取運費。
• 如因地址錯誤導致派送失敗，需收取$50行政費。
• 如首次派送無人接收，需額外收取再派運費。
• 派送中代表準備安排派件，不保證即日送達。
• 暫時不設送貨到機場、離島、禁區及迪士尼等特定地點。

Website Terms and Conditions

Order Notice:

By placing an order for our products, you agree to submit a purchase request to Heart of Dreams in accordance with these terms and conditions. Upon successful submission, we will send you an acknowledgment email, which does not constitute acceptance of your order. If we are unable to provide any product, or if payment fails or any other issue arises, we reserve the right to decline your order. We will notify you via phone or email.

If your order is accepted, our customer service team will contact you (via phone or WhatsApp) to confirm the order and arrange delivery. All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified, and no fees will be refunded. We are not responsible for order issues caused by incorrect information provided by you or factors beyond our control.

Order Confirmation / Modification / Cancellation:

1. After placing an order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent. Please ensure your contact details are correct to receive the information.

2. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.

3. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly. For shipped orders, the shipping fee will be deducted before any refund is issued.

Returns and Warranty:

1. If there are any issues with the received products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. All products come with a 7-day warranty. If quality issues arise during this period, we will provide free repair or replacement.

Pre-order Handicraft Notice:

• Option to pay % deposit; balance payable upon delivery.
• Delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks depending on production progress.
• Each handcrafted item may differ slightly in color or design due to materials and workmanship.
• If you have specific requirements, please state them in your order remarks. Fulfillment is not guaranteed.
• Handcrafted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, up to three reasonable modifications may be provided upon consultation with the artisan.
• If the order is cancelled after deposit payment, 20% will be deducted as an administrative fee; the balance will be refunded.

Payment must be made within 2 days of ordering, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled without notice.

If in-stock items are ordered, they will be shipped within 2–3 working days after payment. Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 7–14 working days.

Shopping Notes:

• All prices exclude shipping costs.
• Please confirm stock availability with customer service before placing an order.
• If products are out of stock, they will be shipped within 7–14 working days. Order cancellations due to this reason will not be accepted.
• Pre-order items will be shipped together when all items arrive. For separate shipments, please contact us.
• No verbal reservations. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
• Shipping will be arranged after payment is confirmed. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Order Confirmation:

Please make payment within 2 days of ordering. Otherwise, the order will be considered abandoned. If stock is available, orders will be shipped within 2–3 working days. Otherwise, shipping will occur within 7–14 days. Confirmed orders are non-refundable unless the product is discontinued.

Shipping Method:

• Free shipping for orders over HK$ (within 10KG, to residential/commercial addresses only).
• Orders not meeting the free shipping threshold will be sent via SF Express (freight collect).
• Local delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.
• For orders under HK$, buyers must pay shipping costs. SF Express charges HK$30 for the first 1KG.
• Free shipping is a promotional benefit, applicable only for qualifying orders.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt (based on signed date).
• Late requests will not be entertained.
• Returns must be arranged within 7 days; otherwise, rights will be forfeited.
• Returned items must include original packaging and all accessories.
• Parallel imports sold by us are not guaranteed for manufacturer warranty; all warranties are carry-in.
• Return shipping is at buyer's cost. Non-quality-related returns incur a HK$100 or 3% handling fee (whichever is higher).
• Gifts must be returned with the product; otherwise, gift value will be deducted.
• Refunds will be processed within approximately 4–6 weeks.
• Damage during delivery should be reported to the delivery service. We are not liable.
• Discounted items, free gifts, and samples are non-returnable.
• If the wrong item is sent, please contact us with photos. We will replace it and cover shipping.
• Product images may differ from actual items in color, pattern, or shape and are not grounds for return.
• If the product has quality issues within the warranty period, please contact us. We will provide repair or replacement services.
• Handcrafted items are not covered under this warranty.
• Heart of Dreams reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

Additional Notes:

• Stair carry requires additional delivery charges.
• Incorrect delivery address will incur a HK$50 admin fee.
• If no one is available to receive delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.
• "Out for delivery" indicates dispatch, not guaranteed same-day arrival.
• No delivery to airports, outlying islands, restricted areas, Disneyland, etc.
